Terms of Use

These terms cover the Luminosity Oracle website at luminosityoracle.com and www.luminosityoracle.com, and the Luminosity Oracle mobile app for Android, package net.luminositystudios.oracle. The service is operated by Luminosity Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Questions: support@luminositystudios.net.

A reflection tool

Tarot readings, moon notes, crystal descriptions, and botanical guides are for personal reflection, mindfulness, and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not use a reading to delay care from a qualified professional, and do not treat the cards as a promise about the future.

Your account

You may read as a guest. A journal account needs a valid email, a display name, a handle, and a password of 8–200 characters. You can use a Luminosity account you already have, or create one here. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your readings

A saved reading is private unless you share it with a friend you have accepted. You can revoke that share at any time. Drafts kept only on your device stay on your device until you save them while signed in.

Friends

Connect by email address or handle. Accept a request before either of you can share a reading. You may remove a connection whenever you wish.

Respectful use

Use Luminosity Oracle in a way that is lawful and considerate. Do not attempt to break into another person’s journal, scrape the service in a way that degrades it, or upload anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that puts other people or the service at risk.

Card art and the app

The Forest Witch illustrations and the Luminosity Oracle name, icon, and text are for use inside the service. Please do not republish the card art as your own or sell copies of it. The Android app is a window onto this same website.

The service can change

We may add decks, adjust guides, or pause a feature. We will keep these terms on this page and change the effective date when the terms themselves change. If you keep using Luminosity Oracle after that date, the new terms apply.

Accounts can end

You may delete your Luminosity Oracle account from the Journal page, or by emailing support@luminositystudios.net. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Deleting an account removes the journal and related records described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Luminosity Studios LLC is not liable for decisions you make after a reading, or for loss of drafts stored only on your device. Some places do not allow certain limits, and in those places our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Wyoming are the place for a dispute that we cannot resolve by writing to each other first.
